Previous roles have involved development of integrated intranet and internet systems, portals, document management, task management and collaboration solutions, CRM integration, as well as providing Technical Support for IT deparments and End Users. Also Web Site Development supporting various projects including online databases, E-commerce, CMS and CRM solutions.
Other related experience includes: Design, implementation & support of Windows based systems, Virtual Machines, networks including Windows 200x Server and Workstations, IIS, Active directory, DNS, Exchange, SharePoint, setup of Admin, Maintenance & Backup policy, procedures and documentation, as well as security roles & Permissions and network & firewall configuration.
