From system monitoring, web and software support, hosting SLAs to simple upgrades/maintenance on current sites/systems/programs, each of our support and maintenance services are very responsive professional, friendly and relatively low cost. If you are not the end client and you want us to take over the support, then we will wear your brand and all communication will appear as if it was coming from your company.
Maybe you do not have the available resources to keep your site up to date with content or new technologies, maybe you have the content part covered but need help problem solving, backing up or minor modifications and adjustments... Or you are currently paying someone a yearly salary and they are only being used for a third of the year?
Maybe your company has won a contract to create a new website or system for a client but part of the deal was to support the existing legacy system until the new one is ready.
All of our plans are on a pay as you go basis with No Monthly or Annually fee.

Our plans are normally built to suit each client and below you can find an example of one of our support and maintenance contracts:
- Response by maximum next half day (8:30am - 1pm, 1pm - 5:30pm)
- Email and telephone support
- support@"YourComanyName"support.co.uk/.com setup or we can use one of your pop3 accounts
- Billing at the end of the month with a spreadsheet of the support items completed.
- Any individual support items in email or telephone response that will take longer than 2 hours will be confirmed with the client before work starts.
- Emergency call out support.
